Bursting with an assemblage of vintage cushions, curiosities, rattan chairs and embroidered and patch worked fabrics
The West Flat
Entering West Flat through its own gate and private garden you approach a south facing sunny verandah – perfect for dining and relaxing. An interconnecting fretwork door leads through to middle flat but this can be locked and curtained assuring privacy to both flats if let separately.
The front door leads into simple but well equipped kitchen with a bathroom with W.C., basin and bath off to the right.
The sitting room is small but comfortable with T.V. DVD etc. in corner cupboard and a twin bedded room and double bedroom leading off to the right. The twin bedded room has an interconnecting door to a double bedroom which can be useful for children. Although it has no window it has an unusual window door which can be left open allowing a current of air from the sliding window in sitting room. The whole flat is quirky and original and has been left unchanged since it was built. The flat is insulated and has an eco pellet stove for winter plus electric radiators.
