DIRECTIONS<\/h1>\n

The Conciergerie Medoc Oc\u00e9an is located in Montalivet and they have a copy of the keys. Their address is 39 Avenue Br\u00e9montier, 33930 Vendays-Montalivet.<\/p>\n

The address of the house is 23 avenue de la Brede, 33930, Vendays-Montalivet, Medoc, France.<\/a><\/p>\n

There is an excellent ferry service between Le Verdon and Royan…. every 10 minutes in summer. BEWARE, SATURDAYS FIRST TWO WEEKS of AUGUST as there are very long queues. <\/p>\n

It may be better to stay one night in Bordeaux or take the route down to Bordeaux and avoid ferry altogether. <\/p>\n

When leaving Bordeaux the rocade can be confusing. Follow the signs for \u201cLe Verdon\u201d or Merignac airport, Lesparre, or Pauillac and you will be in heading in the right direction. <\/p>\n

When you arrive in Montalivet from Vendays-Montalivet roundabout (they are 7 kms apart) go right at Montalivet roundabout then first left and Beachouse is the third house on your right. <\/p>\n

ARRIVALS<\/h3>\n

Arrival times are between 4 p.m and 6 p.m. With individual flats I can sometimes allow earlier access if given prior warning. If I am not around do not panic ..the gates and front door will be closed but unlocked so park outside and make yourselves at home and I will catch up with you later.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

DEPARTURES<\/h3>\n

My cleaners will come in about 9 a.m. But as long as the bedrooms have been been cleared they will do the beds and you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the verandah before they attack the rest about 10.30 onwards. I will try and give you your deposit back before you leave, otherwise it will be returned in the following two weeks. Don’t hesitate to remind me.

SECURITY DEPOSIT<\/h3>\n

Your security deposit will be returned in full within 2 to 3 weeks assuming there are no breakages and the house has been left in good order. <\/p>\n<\/div>
